The “Booty Camp” video series is all about building your buns, lifting, shaping – and all exercises can be performed at home or incorporated in your gym routine. They can be modified and added to with weights and resistance – but make no mistake – you will burn your buns without. 2-5 sets of each depending on your level, 10-20 reps, and mix and match!
